LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. (KCTV) – The Lee’s Summit Police Department shared a photo Wednesday of a woman they claim is a suspect in a hit-and-run.
LSPD failed to share when or where the incident happened, but said they are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual.
