Palmer Police say a pedestrian was killed in a collision with a school bus on Arctic Avenue early Thursday morning.
The victim has been identified as 48-year-old Rebecca J. Williams of Wasilla. Police say Williams was walking in the middle of the lane when the bus struck her. First responders and bystanders attempted CPR, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
No children were on board the bus at the time. The bus driver remained on scene and is cooperating with authorities…
