Community voices concerns at meeting on proposed Medical District overlay zone

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The City of Charleston hosted a public listening session on Wednesday night to hear community feedback on the proposed Medical District overlay zone.

Dozens of residents and leaders of community organizations received responses to previous comments and brought up issues they still had with the proposal. The main issues include concerns about stormwater management, preserving history and traffic flow.
