A Tennessee man who shot his stepdaughter in Myrtle Beach in 2023 was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in 15th Judicial District Court in Conway on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
Jeffrey Allen Branam, 63, of Knoxville, was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Benjamin Culbertson. He entered a guilty plea just before the trial was about to begin, and after a jury had already been selected.
