KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Rural Metro Fire crews responded to a home in East Knox County Thursday night after a large tree fell, trapping one person inside.
Rural Metro said its crews responded to the home around 9:15 p.m. after a large tree fell into a home on Whitlock Lane.

When firefighters arrived, they found one person trapped in the home. Crews were able to free the person quickly.
Rural Metro said that although the one person was trapped, no injuries were reported.
