Free ‘Read to a Dog’ program at Orangevale Library helps kids with reading

The Read to a Dog program is designed for kids between the ages of 6 and 12 who struggle or are looking to practice reading aloud, according to the Sacramento Public Library.

Expedition Ola: Rescuing street dogs and finding forever homes

No registration is required, and drop-ins are welcome from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendees may bring a book of their choice or select one from the library.
