ONEIDA — New York State Police and Syracuse Police are investigating a theft and stolen vehicle incident that occurred around 11 a.m. at Macy’s in Destiny USA Mall in Syracuse.
A group of individuals, all dressed in black and gray clothing and wearing surgical masks, entered the store and stole men’s merchandise.
No weapons were displayed…
