TOLEDO, Ohio — An east Toledo man is facing a first-degree felony charge after he allegedly raped a 6-year-old child “years ago,” according to police records and a victim statement to authorities.
An affidavit filed in Toledo Municipal Court states George Harry Cundick II raped the victim, who told the police the incident happened “years ago.” The incident occurred at a residence on Seaman Road in east Toledo. It was not disclosed exactly when the incident happened.
