LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In one month, country music star and Kentucky native JD Shelburne plans to take over a Louisville parking lot for a free concert.
On Thursday, Shelburne announced his “Raise the Bard – Country Jam” will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m.
