EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 23-year-old wanted man out of Austin, Texas, was arrested during a traffic stop in Socorro, according to the news release by the Socorro Police Department.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, an officer conducted a traffic stop for operation of a vehicle without registration insignia along the intersection of Sparks Circle and Horizon Boulevard.
During the traffic stop, the officer determined that the driver, identified as Austin Riggs, was wanted for a parole violation out of Austin, Texas.
Riggs was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with no bond, Socorro Police said…
