SAN ANTONIO – A man throwing a rock through a window on the campus of UT Health San Antonio prompted an active shooter response from law enforcement, according to police.
Just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, an emergency alert on the university’s website had urged people to avoid the Eckert Building.
