The High Street Residential project at 11040 Main Street has received Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue. The development will replace an existing three-story office building, originally built in 1979, with a new multifamily project consisting of 351 residential units.
The proposal includes approximately 310,800 square feet of market-rate and affordable housing, along with 117,200 square feet of below-grade parking and mechanical space.
