SCHENECTADY — A 39-year-old Schenectady motorist has been charged after allegedly approaching an adolescent girl on a city street Thursday, according to city police.
The man has been charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to a news release from the Schenectady Police Department.
