CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Cheektowaga Police told 2 On Your Side om Friday that “we have identified a suspect, and that charges will be forthcoming” in connection to an incident that led to a baby being hospitalized following the use of pepper spray.
A baby was sent to the hospital following an Aug. 25 incident at a LongHorn Steakhouse on Walden Avenue. Video shared on social media following the incident showed a woman spraying several people with an unknown substance inside the restaurant, including a group gathered in the lobby with a baby.
Police said the incident began after a fight between two women. While the investigation is ongoing, authorities now believe they know who was responsible and that they will release more information about potential charges once an arrest is made…
