Cherokee County School District’s Special Education parent mentor facilitator has been appointed by Governor Brian Kemp and sworn in to serve on the State Rehabilitation Council.
Jo Ellen Hancock, who has served in her role with CCSD since 2005, is a longtime advocate and leader in special education, behavioral health, and community engagement.
