An Indiana man is behind bars and facing ten charges including nine felonies after Carmi Police conducted a major drug bust around midnight into Thursday. It was just before midnight when officers pulled over 36-year-old Charles Abner of Leo, Indiana located in Allen County and just north of Fort Wayne on Main Street near McDonalds. Officers found him in possession of nearly 19 pounds of methamphetamine and other drugs.
