MDOT projects look to improve traffic around Kalamazoo County

OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A Michigan Department of Transportation project in Oshtemo Township is wrapping up, while another nears its final stages.

Since late February, MDOT crews and contractors have been carving out a new roadway as part of a $19 million dollar project to expand the U.S. Route 131 Kalamazoo Business Loop into a full interchange.
