KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Several groups around Knoxville honored the almost 3,000 lives lost in the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks on Thursday. It marked 24 years since the attacks.
City of Knoxville leaders like Chief of Police Paul Noel and Fire Chief Stan Sharp came together Thursday morning to observe the anniversary.
