MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — According to Mobile Police, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at approximately 9:11 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of Persimmon Street. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he died.
Upon further investigation, officers discovered a male subject shot the victim during an argument. The subject, James James, 37, was detained on scene. He was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.
