TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Thursday marked 24 years since the deadly September 11 terror attacks, which killed nearly 3,000 people and forever altered the country.
Across the nation, including in Tallahassee, people gathered to honor the lives lost on that tragic day.
