The University of South Florida’s trustees approved plans on Sept. 9 to create a new mixed-use development dubbed the Fletcher District.
The university will submit the plan, in the form of a draft amendment to the Tampa Campus Master Plan, to local agencies, including the city of Tampa and Hillsborough County next week. It will undergo a 90-day review period.
