TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A trial date is set for Daniel Spencer, a stepfather accused of murdering 5-year-old girl Missy Mogle in May.
Daniel Spencer, along with the girl’s mother, Chloe Spencer, is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, child neglect and failure to report child abuse in the death of a 5-year-old.
The trial date is Nov. 10 at 8:30 a.m. with a pretrial hearing set for Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. The trial date for the mother, Chloe Spencer, is not yet set; her next court hearing is on Oct. 8.
