NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A vehicle crash on Interstate 264 Westbound near the interchange in Norfolk caused a traffic backup Thursday evening.
Virginia State Police confirmed the crash was called in at 5:40 p.m. It involved an overturned vehicle, with injuries reported, a spokesperson said.
