Emanuel Cleaver blasts Missouri’s redistricting plan: ‘Makes no sense’

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The redistricting bill passed by Missouri lawmakers could potentially force longtime U.S. Congressman Emanuel Cleaver out of his seat.

Cleaver has represented Missouri’s fifth Congressional district, which includes Kansas City, since 2005.
