ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Venezuelan woman, who authorities say was in the country illegally, has been sentenced in connection with a wrong-way crash that killed an 11-year-old boy.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has sentenced Endrina Bracho, 34, to seven years in prison.
The crash happened on Dec. 20, 2023, on Dunn Road in Hazelwood. Investigators say Bracho was driving wrong way on a one-way road, twice the posted speed limit and without a valid driver’s license or auto insurance coverage.
