A 43-year-old Okmulgee man is facing serious felony charges after being booked into custody Aug. 30.
Daniel Bryant Mc-Caslin is currently being held on $110,000 bond stemming from multiple charges, including aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
According to court documents filed in Okmulgee County District Court (Case No. CF2025-138), McCaslin has been formally charged with Count 1: Aggravated Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, a felony under Oklahoma Statute 21 O.S. ยง 1040.12a…
