It sounds like the international furniture store brand IKEA is considering a new store in Northern Virginia – one that could be located off State Road 28 just south of Dulles International Airport.
The news comes from the Washington Business Journal, which did some excellent digging.
The WBJ believes the store is in the works for 4320 Chantilly Shopping Center. That is where the Dulles Expo Center is located. It’s in the same commercial center with a Walmart, and a slew of restaurants including Hooters, Jollibee, Chick-fil-A, and a Bourbon Boulevard steakhouse…
