WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A man died after an accident involving a tractor-trailer on Thursday, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.
Around 12:30 p.m., Thomas Douglas Ander, 67, was helping refuel when a tractor-trailer driven by a 67-year-old man was pulling away from the refueling area of a business parking lot.
