A man was wounded when he tried to flee an alleged armed robber in his vehicle in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles, authorities said Saturday.
The shooting occurred at 10:30 p.m. Friday at Figueroa Terrace and College Street, a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center told City News Service.
