Two Oregon restaurants were recently named on the New York Times’ list of “America’s Best Restaurants of 2025.”
To create their list, New York Times writers said they sampled more than 200 dishes in 33 U.S. states to “get a true picture of what’s happening in restaurants across the country.”
Eugene’s Yardy Rum Bar and Portland’s The Paper Bridge were both recognized by the New York Times as restaurants in Oregon that “have delicious food and a mastery of craft, but also a generosity of spirit and a singular point of view.”…
