I still remember the moment I first read about this burglary—it’s the kind of story that makes you double-check your own doors. Last Friday morning, around 3 a.m., a home on Harbour Watch Court in Mount Pleasant became the scene of a frightening break-in.
The resident only realized something was wrong a few hours later, when he checked his Ring camera footage and saw a masked man entering while his family was asleep.
The suspect, John Albert Williams III from Florida, was arrested the very same day in Hardeeville—but on unrelated charges. Mount Pleasant Police will now serve their warrants and bring him to Charleston County to face serious charges, including first-degree burglary and firearm-related offenses…
