KALAMAZOO, Mich. — The city of Kalamazoo will be testing its stormwater pollution prevention plan on Sunday.
On Sept. 14, the Kalamazoo Water Reclamation Plant (KWRP) will receive stormwater discharge from an industrial customer with traces of dye.
