A fake police officer broke into a man’s residence and handcuffed him during an apparent home invasion in Philadelphia’s Tacony neighborhood, the victim told NBC10.
The incident occurred along the 6700 block of Marsden Street around 8:30 a.m. on Friday. A 63-year-old man inside the home told NBC10 a man who claimed to be a police officer broke into his house and handcuffed him at gunpoint before taping his mouth shut. The victim said the suspect also interrogated him about money and bank accounts that he didn’t know about.
The victim told NBC10 the suspect then took his keys and wallet before fleeing through the backdoor. The victim ran to a nearby crossing guard for help and Philadelphia police officers responded to the scene…
