Monroe Street will be closed most of Saturday near the Toledo Museum of Art for the museum’s Block Party, the Toledo Department of Transportation announced.
Monroe will close at 8 a.m. between Collingwood Boulevard and Scottwood Avenue, with traffic detoured via Collingwood, Woodruff Avenue, and Scottwood in both directions.
Parkwood Avenue will be closed between Monroe and Woodruff during the event. All streets are scheduled to reopen by 11 p.m…
