PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Two people were injured after being shot during what Providence Police Colonel Oscar Perez said was a “family event” early Sunday morning.
Around 2 a.m., police were called to the 200 block of Hartford Ave. for a report of shots fired.
