The Shoreview resident says she was a loyal CenturyLink customer for two decades, but not anymore.
“In a nutshell, we were getting billed, overbilled every month,” she explains. “We would call CenturyLink, and sometimes they would say, ‘We’ll correct that,’ and other times they wouldn’t correct it. When you called back, they would say, ‘That was an error, it shouldn’t have been corrected, you were billed correctly.’”…
