Springfield, MO – Missouri residents will face a hot start to the week with highs climbing into the mid-90s before a gradual cool down arrives by the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Springfield.
Forecasters said Sunday and Monday will bring highs between 90–95 degrees, with overnight lows holding in the mid-to-upper 60s. Tuesday will also stay near 90 before temperatures shift to the mid-80s beginning Wednesday. By Saturday, highs are expected in the low 80s with nighttime lows dipping into the upper 50s.
