HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A woman and her mother, along with six juveniles, have been charged in connection with an attack on a 21-year-old woman with special needs in Wahiawa.
Disturbing video of the assault circulated widely on social media in May, showing the woman, Carly Ng, being hit and bullied by multiple suspects on April 17.
