Waterford women charged, accused of possessing more than 500mg of cocaine

CLIFTON PARK, NY (WRGB) — Two Waterford women are facing felony possession charges after a traffic stop Friday morning in Clifton Park.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint Friday at 3:09 a.m. on Grooms Road. Investigation into the matter led to the arrests of Nicole M. Brennan, 49, and Christina M. Sharps, 37, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony.

Both are accused of knowingly and unlawfully possessing cocaine that weighed 500 milligrams or more…
