CLIFTON PARK, NY (WRGB) — A Clifton Park man is facing charges after the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received an adult abuse complaint in Clifton Park.
The Sheriff’s Office responded to the location of the complaint om Longwood Drive Thursday at 11:48 a.m. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Michael J. Barry, 67, of Clifton Park, for endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person in the 1st degree, a class E felony.
Barry is accused of knowingly acting in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a person who was unable to care for themselves because of a physical disability, mental disease or defect.
