NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The victim of a hit-and-run crash on Thursday has died, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Nicholas Leonhardt, 28, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was hit by a blue Honda CR-V while he was crossing 4th Avenue outside of the crosswalk at around 3:20 a.m. on Thursday.
Leonhardt was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries. However, Leonhardt died from his injuries Sunday morning at the hospital, MNPD said.
