MADERA COUNTY, Calif. (NBC, KYMA) – A tragic crash in Madera County, California claimed the lives of two children last night and sent four other people to hospital.
The crash happened Saturday night near the community of Ripperdan, and the California Highway Patrol says a van ran a stop sign and was hit by a semi-truck.
A 15-year-old boy and six-year-old girl were thrown from the van. The boy died at the scene while the girl was taken to a hospital where she later died…
