A North Hollywood resident reportedly opened fire on an alleged intruder attempting a break-in through a window, with the incident initially leaving more questions than answers. The encounter took place on the 12800 block of Oxnard Street this past Friday morning, according to KTLA.
The suspect was discovered when the homeowner heard noises from the kitchen and saw someone attempting to enter through a window. Fearing for his safety, the homeowner reportedly armed himself and fired at the intruder, later telling police he believed he had hit the man in the chest. However, the Los Angeles Police Department’s initial investigation found no blood at the scene, as detailed by KTLA.
