MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Dramatic video shows a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper who appeared to be chasing someone through busy Memphis streets, as well as wrecked cars and a large law enforcement presence Saturday night.
The scene unfolded in the area of Austin Peay Highway and Singleton Parkway in Raleigh. WREG crews counted at least 20 THP cruisers at the scene.
