A Rochester man is facing charges after deputies say he assaulted a woman during a domestic incident in a moving vehicle in Seneca County.
According to Sheriff Tim Thompson, deputies responded around 2:50 p.m. Friday to the area of 4454 State Route 96 in the Town of Fayette for a report of a physical domestic dispute.
Investigators say 29-year-old Andrew J. Vogler injured an adult female during a verbal argument by grabbing her jaw, placing his arm around her neck, and pulling her hair, causing substantial pain.
