A Perry man was arrested Saturday night in separate incidents, first for the alleged ongoing harassment of a Perry woman and then for allegedly burglarizing a garage in Perry.
Angel Moises Ortega Velasquez, 20, of 1703 Vine St., Perry, was charged with first-degree harassment and third-degree burglary.
