OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Another warm and muggy night ahead with clouds increasing overnight into Sunday. Lows will fall to the lower 70s with feel like temps in the mid 70s.
By Sunday we’re looking at another warm day but there will be more clouds and a chance of storms after 2pm into the evening.
Right now there doesn’t look to be major threat of severe weather but an isolated strong storm is possible after 2pm in the area, especially west. Hail and wind gusts are possible along with downpours.
The heat and muggy conditions will continue to start the new week in the lower 90s with heat index up to mid 90s.
More storms are possible late Tuesday night into mainly Wednesday as a strong cold front moves over the Midwest. As of now, the severe threat is low. Lingering showers may occur on Thursday…
