Inbound lanes of the Katy Freeway will remain closed Sunday as crews complete repairs on the Houston Avenue Bridge, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
As you may recall, the Houston Avenue Bridge has been struck multiple times in the last few months, with the previous three instances occurring in September alone. In total, it has been hit nearly 69 times, officials confirm.
