CLAVERACK – Three incarcerated men at the Brookwood Secure Facility at 419 County Route 29 in the Town of Claverack have been arrested following a fight at the facility.
An investigation by Livingston State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation determined a fight had occurred around 5:20 p.m. on September 10 between three incarcerated men, an 18-year-old victim, and Malachi Simms, 19, and 20-year-old Richard Avila.
