DALTON, Ga. — A man faces charges in Dalton after police say he punched a diner at a restaurant’s sidewalk table without provocation.
The incident happened Friday afternoon at about 4 p.m. in front of the Hamilton Food & Spirits Pizzeria, according to a release from the Dalton Police Department.
Police say a man later identified as 32-year-old Nathan Dean Harrell was “apparently expierincing a mental health disturbance during this incident.”…
